How to make a sourdough discard cheese crackers:
1. Preheat oven and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.

2. Combine the sourdough discard with the melted butter and cheese and mix well.

3. Using a silicone spatula (one of my favorite utensils) you can spread the mixture thin and evenly on the prepared sheet. Sprinkle the salt and any other seasoning of your liking on top and bake for about 10 minutes.

4. Take out the baking sheet, cut your crackers in the size of your liking and bake another 10-15 minutes or until golden brown, depending on how thin you've spread it. I've cut the in about 1x1 inch sized squares, using a pizza cutter.

5. Remove crispy crackers from the oven, let them cool and enjoy! They are still soft? Then they're either under-cooked or spread too thick.
